no it can't. But it can lead to a healthier pregnancy if you start beforehand on a multi vit or prenatal vit. good luck and sorry for some people's rudeness.

My doctor suggested starting my prenatal vitamins while on was still on birth control, but if you are in a rush, you can start taking them now and start trying now. They do not increase your chance of getting pregnant, if that is what you meant by your question.
