DO NOT EAT: shark, swordfish, king mackeral, tilefish and only 6 ounces of albacore tuna per week, canned light tuna is fine, according to the FDA.

There are only certain fish that a pregnant women should not eat-as a general rule ocean fish are less likely to be contaminated than river and lake-bluefish and stripped ba__s are no-no's. Dr.'s sugguest eating no more than 1/2 a pound of tuna or halibut in a week. Salmon is supposed to be ok to eat-and actually helps the baby-I think it's his brain

everything is bad for you when you are pregnant, at least "they" will tell you this at the doc's office and in all these little pregnancy bibles. live off of air and even that's bad because it's polluted...it's a sick sad world
