41 1 2 Weeks And Melting Down

I've been unable to sleep (except for short naps) for four days due to so-called false labor and am starting to really lose my cool. The contractions are shorter and less painful when I'm up and walking around, but that prevents sleep. Any advice?

Ohhh I feel soo bad for you...no suggestions...except maybe try propping yourself up as good as you can while trying to rest...I've been having difficulties sleeping since I found out I was pregnant...now with the weight gain sleeping becomes more and more troublesome...just think any day now for you...I still have a couple of months..good luck..and I wish you the best..
