I have had what I think is implantation bleeding. I started with mild cramping and a mild backache a week ago. Then 2 days ago which was 2 days before AF was due, I got brown spotting at first with no cramping and then before the end of the day I had severe cramping with a light brown and red flow. yesterday I had no cramps but I light flow of more red but with some brown blood. Today I am only spotting and no pain. Did my one day of severe cramping mean bad news or has anyone had cramping with implantation? by the way, I have endometriosis-so I am use to severe pain for at least 2 days!
