I have been off the depo shot for almost 6mounth my husband and I are trying to have another baby and with my first baby I had this pains but my question is I still dont have a period yet were I was on the depo shot but could I still be pregnant were I still haven't got my period back.

please who evers read this please could you try and help me think this out I mean I had a pregnany test last week and it showed nothing but something is making me hurt and the pains are on the left side and then it moves to the center and I little pain in my back and I cant go by morning sickness because I never got that with my little boy so please who ever read this please give me some advice. thank you
