Sorry if it gets too gross! Im 9 weeks pregnant and I have been noticing a change in my bowel when I go to the restroom. Its more softer, and I go at least twice a day. Not to mention the frequent urge to urinate. The color is also lighter, and I have constant gas. Should I be concerned?

You might want to enjoy the "softer" bowel movements now. Later on you will wish for them LOL. I dont htink there is anything to be concerneed with though.
