Tenderness Sore During Sex Not Pregnant

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and it has only been two months (but that is not my concern). I just ovulated so we had s_x more often than normal and now I am very sore internally. I know it’s probably just tender/bruised maybe since I am sensitive, but can this hurt my chances of conceiving if I am swollen. I am so new to this I am just extra aware of my body…Thanks for any advice….
