I've had a tension headache for 24 hours plus already. I've tried relaxing, but while your at work thats hard to do. I wake up and it's still there. Is there any type of over the counter that would be safe. Thanks for any input. I am definately going to call my OB first thing in the AM. This headache is killing me.
