Hi Pamela, I have the same symptoms, i had sore b___sts, but i also had bad period pains, and the grumpyness that comes with periods, i wasnt too concerned as my periods are never regular, but today i decided to do a test and it immediately came up with two lines (pregnant) and the doctor has just confirmed it, i am 6 weeks gone, so my advise is always do a test to ease your mind and try not to think or worry about things as this often stops the periods, do a test that is available for detecting early stages of pregnancy and if you are still not happy with the result go to your doctor and he will confirm it for you, Take care but dont worry about it ok

hello all, i wrote a while back but no one replied :(. I have now had a late period but its was weird. It only lasted about a day but it was extremely heavy. I went to my doctor the day before to get a urine test but before i did it i started bleeding. Was this my period or could it have been implantation bleeding?

Hi, I had the same experience last month. I have been late for 12 days with cramps and tender b___st...I did the pregnancy test and the blood test and both were negative.In day 13 I got my period.

I don't normally get sore b___st before or during my period, but I have had sore nipples and b___st for 4 days and I am late ... I feel tummy pulls and feel very tired.. should I wait a week to test or???? Help

Nicole: Go ahead and test now if it will put your mind at ease hon.... What I always did (which has been alot, as we have been trying to get pregnant for 1 1/2 years) is buy a pack with 2 or more tests in it, in case I need to retest a week later. If it shows negative this time and then a week later, and you still haven't started, you may want to go to your doctor for a blood test. Stress is also a factor in being late for your period. thanks Lindsay.. I have also been trying for the last yr and a half. In that time I have had an ectopic and a miscarriage at 12 weeks.. so stress could very well be a HUGE factor... i guess I just really don't know when my period is due.. 1 pd after m/c was 34 days, 33 days, 30 and now I am on day 31?? SO I really hope I am prg but my husband doesn't want test until 1 or 2 weeks late...

After that much heartbreak I can't blame him. Good luck and keep me posted on what's going on, ok? Sounds like we have some things in common!

Lindsay, thanks.. I think he is right but I just get so excited and yes I think we have a lot in commen. So how do you deal with the "trying to relax" "try not to link about it, your trying to hard" comments.. I don't try to relax but I know when we should be having s_x it just too hard not to "try" do you have the same problem..

Lindsay and all others who have been trying for a long time... When I got prg the last time I was taking Maca.. it a herb that balances out your hormones, increase fertility and virility... along with all the other vitamins.. you can get it cheap.. I have also read and heard a lot about chiropractic adjustments and pregnancy... I tried it a couple of weeks ago, so I will keep you posted on if it worked!! Good Luck everyone

Hey here is a good one. I got up May the 27th about 3am. I didn't know that I was pregnant then. I was very dizzy and I got sick about 4 times. I went to an urgent care center the next day because it was a holiday. He told me it was an inner ear infection and wrote me out of work for a week. I was supposed to have started that day but I didn't want to undermine the doctor and ask for a pregnancy test. I was affraid he was right and just went along with him. I did not start that day and the next day I got a pregnancy test. The second line didn't show so I thought it was negative and I so I hid the test. I didn't want my husband to see me little whim. Later I went to get the test so I could toss it with out him knowing and there was the second line. I freaked out and I had to show it to my husband. He made me get another one the next day. I got an ept test but I messed it up. How can you go wrong with an ept, but I did. So he made me get another one and it came up possitive. So I went to my doctor the next day and she confirmed it. She laughed about the other doctor. I said so it is not an inner ear infections and she said you can't be pregnant in you ear.
