Worried About Tubal Pregnancy

I have had one child and now I'am three months pregnant and have not heard back from mu insurance if I'am acceppted. I have not seen the doctor for one month and when I did go last month I was having pains and they told me it was my uterus expanding. But it still is going on and I have the worst nausea feeling all the time. I sometimes have the worst aches in my stomach I only feel better if I lay down. My friend told me about a tubal pregnancy she once had and it sounded pretty painful. I don't know if that is what I'm feeling. I think that I can withstand a lot of pain so something could be wrong. I also bought a heart monitor at the store to check on the heart beat until I see my doctor and I can not find a heart beat. The package says you wont hear anything until your four months along but anywhere else I read that I should be hearing it by now. I never had this many problems with my daughter and not seeing a doctor has just got me really worried. Please help me out. Thank you.

I had a tubal pregnancy in 2003. If you are 3 months along, it is doubtful the pregnancy is in your tube. By that time, the baby would have grown too large for the tube. The tube would have stretched to the point of rupturing, which mine did at 8 weeks. I've read that most tubal pregnancies are diagnosed between 5-6 weeks. You should call your doctor though. And it will make you feel better.
