Thank God I found you ladies! I was beginning to think I lost my mind! LOL! I shouldn't be talking about it yet, but I'm nearing the end of my 8th week. Boy, do I feel bloated! My husband thinks that my body is "changing." I didn't start wearing maternity pants until I was 5 1/2 months along when I was pregnant with our son. I am 38 and this is my 2nd pregnancy. We're thrilled!!!!! However, we're not going to tell people (our parents already know) until I'm at least 12 weeks along. So, I'm afraid other people might start to notice. I lost all the weight the first time. I'm only 5'6" and not a big girl. I guess I'm a little disappointed that I feel this way already. Please, don't misunderstand, I am very happy. It took us a year to get pregnant! I'm also more nauseous this time too. :( Anyway, I'm glad I found this site. I'm definitely glad that I'm not alone! Thanks for listening. Good Luck to everyone!

ok I have a question, since people are talking about how your muscles strech during the first pregnancy, does this make the first more uncomfortable then the second? Does it feel worse? This is my first pregnancy and Im somewhere around 9 weeks and not showing a bit.

Glad to hear it's not just me. I am 9 wks pregnant with my 3rd and I am definately very bloated. My clothes are also starting to get tight and uncomfortable. I didn't show with my first until like 6 months! I'm also 11 years older so that probably has something to do with it!!

Come to find out i am farther along then i thought! I'm wearing stretchy pants already :/ im really scared for when it gets closer to time for the baby :/ not just because i am only 16 but because i will be a single mother :/ i feel pressure around my pelvic area? and pinching feelings in my tummy, sometimes i feel pressure on my sides and ribs? and i can sometimes see when its pushing?

It is possible to be showing at 9 weeks, especially since its not your first kid.

It's my first pregnancy and I'm only 7 weeks. I started "showing" due to bloating by my 4th week. I've been at an average weight of 118 and 5'6'' for the last couple of years. I didn't start actually gaining weight until 2 weeks ago, though. Does anyone know if showing more earlier could be an indication of twins?

ill be 12 weeks in 6 days with my first baby and am not showing at all! is this normal? also im not getting any other signs of being pregnant apart from sore b___sts, no morniing sickness at all and am not runing to the toilet every half hour, is this abnormal or am i just lucky?

This is my first pregnancy and I am about 5 weeks, the doctor was not too sure when I went for my first exam/sonogram. She wants me to go back in two weeks for another sonogram to give me a more accurate date. I must be bloated because the sonogram shows a tiny little sesame seed. I feel uncomfortable in my pants, so I am wearing skirts and dresses.
