I took a at home pregnancy test well a few they all tested positive all with a very faint positive line did a ultrasound today the tech said I'm 2 to 4 weeks but all we could see was thickening of wall in which she said was cells... I'm really confused she said it was at 14.4 cm and told me come back in 3 weeks for a confirmation ultrasound
