Hi all, Pls help as i have experienced the followings: 7dpo -a mixture of CM and pinkish discharge,only when wiping, 1 sighting only 11dpo (yesterday) - brownish CM, lasted 1 day (4days b4 AF),backache, tested=BFN 12dpo (today) - backache, no other symptoms except very moody, tested=BFN Do i still stand a chance? *Losing hope....**

Ok, so i've be ttc (the only acronym i figured out lol) for about 3 years and i have had many false alarms. But this time i got what i a__sume is spotting from what i've read. Back track a little, my period is usually reasonably regular, the first of the month give or take a few days and always heavy. So last weekend, the 13th November, i got what i a__sumed was the start of my period, early just to annoy me lol. It was the browny colour of old blood, thickish at first, but when it stopped after just a day and a half, thinner, but not any redder. Nothing else, a few mild cramps with the spotting though. After 3 years this is very exciting and i dont want to get my hopes up. Thanks and luck xxx

ok i hear what most of you are saying. but i'm still confused. i took a test this morning and it was positive. i have some brown bleeding now it is red and i'm cramping. i don't have a doctors appointment until Tuesday morning. so i'm confused on if the test was wrong do to the bleeding or i am pregnant and i don't know whats going on.

Hey i had some pink spotting today it wasn't enough to be on my under wear just when i wiped you could barely see it but it was there it had been about nine dpo so could i be pregnant?

babye113 you probably need to go to the er and get checked out because that doesn't sound good and it really rare to get a false positive!!

the bleeding has stopped it was like a 24 hour thing. now i'm good. i think i will wait til Tuesday to see what the doctor says...and if it happens again this weekend i will go.. thank you

I had my last period 12/13, ended on 12/17. I had s_x on 12/29 and 12/30, both times no protection. On 1/4 I started bleeding, a much lighter flow than my typical perdiods, which have pretty much always been regular and heavy. The colour was different, went pinkish to brown to bright red. It lasted from Weds morning til Sat night, so almost 4 full days. My next period isn't due til around the 11-13th of Jan. I got away with using liners during this 'bleed'. When I have my true period it's super tampons all the way. I've taken a first response on 1/8, negative. I will take another in 4-5 days. I don't know what it is just yet, and am not really posting to ask a quesiton. I've read a lot of good stuff here already on the subject. I'm just posting so that later I can come update the situation with a pos/neg pregnancy, for those who might wanna read about implantation bleeding experiences. Thanks!

Okay, here's all the information. My LMP started late in the day on December 31st and lasted only a couple of days until early in the day on January 2nd, 2012. This is the regularity of my period. Starts at the beginning of the month and only lasts two to three days. Based off of this information, my ovulation cycle would be around the 14th to the 21st, correct? At 1:00AM on January 16th, my boyfriend and I had unprotected s_x. Since then, I have been feeling nauseous a lot, had bad backaches, cramping in my pelvic region, and my b___sts are extremely tender. Now, today, I was wiping, and there was a light pink discharge when I wiped. A couple hours later, I went the the bathroom again, and it was a darker color and a little bit heavier, but not consistently heavy like a period would be. I also have been cramping today. Now, I have been reading forums about Implantation Bleeding and how it varies from woman to woman and some may be very light in color and flow and others may seem exactly like your normal menstrual cycle, and be more bright red in color and a little bit heavier. It has never "leaked" like a period normally would, but every time I go to the bathroom, there is blood (almost clotting) when I am done peeing. But then, like I said, it stops and doesn't flow unless I am going to the bathroom. My period isn't due again for at least another week and a half. Last night, I also took a pregnancy test, and it came back negative, but I think it might have been too early to read anything. Question one: Is this Implantation Bleeding? Question two: Could I be pregnant? Question three: When would be the best time to test again, seeing as conception would have only been about a week ago? P.S. I am hoping that I am pregnant, as me and my boyfriend have been trying!

make an appointment with your gyno. they will take blood test to see were you hormone level are. from what i know implantation bleeding is like a brown color but every one is different. so to be on the safe side go to the doctors. wish you luck

Hi all new to this site so please bear with me :) I started seeing blood light pink/brown ( only when I wiped first thing in the morning) with no spotting in my underwear 6dpo. Then at 8dpo I got painful cramps and when I went for a wee a couple of clots of blood came out then nothing again. Now very light blood that is red. It 6 days before my period, is the IB or just an early period?? Thanks :)

Hi there. I am also new but have been reading through all these post...glad to see some that are new ;-) My question is I started my period on Jan 2. I ovulated 14-17 and my hubby and I made sure we got to work even before these dates and just after (and of course on these dates). On Jan. 24 roughly about 7dpo I began to have brown discharge, only when I wipe and nothing shows on the panty liner. Well this has continued for 7 days now and my period was due today and the brown discharge seemed much lighter to non-existent. I did take a test today but came out negative. Could I still have hope? Anyone get a positive test several days after their expected period date? Just don't know what to think...I wanted to wait until the end of the week before calling the doctor. Thanks :D TTC for 9 months now.

Just an update. I went in to do a routine blood test and asked that they check for pregnancy and very excited that it came back positive. I went to my OBGYN yesterday and since I am only 5 week ish she just took another blood test since it was too early for an ultrasound and it came back positive as well. Since the 30th when AF was due I have been very dizzy, lower back hurts and b___bs have began to hurt. I had no symptoms really until I was late. So my implantation bleeding lasted 7 days (getting lighter and lighter each day and completely stopped the day AF was due).

Hello, I have read pretty much all 18 pages from this forum and still cant figure out if im experiencing implantation bleeding. i understand everyone is different, but as much as my symptoms are exactly like some of the others here, they're also very different from a lot of others here. i'd like to describe what im experiencing in as much detail as possible, so im sorry, in advance, if i gross anyone out. my period started on 2/8, and i have anywhere from a 28-30 day cycle. so that gives me an ovulation date of 2/21-2/22. on 2/25, which makes it at the very MOST 5 days after ovulation, i noticed a very gelatin like discharge- litterally about a teaspoon of jello, mostly brownish clear, i've seen this type of discharge before, except there was a vessel like type blood spot in it. ever since, at least twice a day when i wipe the discharge is brownish. i've noticed a few more bloody dark reddish type of vessels, but mostly brownish "first day period" type discharge. ofcourse i took like 8 pregnancy tests already, and lol YES I know there is no chance of it coming out positive yet, but im just so anxious about this. i'm not trying, but if i was i would definitely keep it. i'm on pretty strong medication, which is highly discouraged during pregnancy, so the earlier i know the better. it just seems too early to be implantation bleeding. most people say it occurs from atleasttt 7days after ovulation, and i have at most 5. and some even say it occurs when your period is due. as of today, i'm still about 7-8 days away from my due date, and i've already had his brownish discharge for 3 days. any ideas would help

Hi everyone, Looking for some advice. AF started Jan 30 – cycle varies but usually around 30 days. Had intercourse on the 8, 11, 14 & 17. I usually get tender b___sts 1 week before AF pretty much to the day. Af should have been due Feb 28th which means tender b___sts Feb 21. But tender b___sts started on Feb 27 and on Feb 28 I started getting brownish/pinkish discharge with some tissue in it (Almost like old blood) every time I wipe. There is never any flow or anything on my underwear. This is still continuing to the day (4 days). I have had slight cramping which is usually way more intense during AF. Also my abdomen has looked swollen sort of inline where your pelvic bones are. I have done 3 tests and they were all negative (most recent was this morning). Do I give up for this month or is there still a chance?
