Hi everyone, Looking for some advice. AF started Jan 30 – cycle varies but usually around 30 days. Had intercourse on the 8, 11, 14 & 17. I usually get tender b___sts 1 week before AF pretty much to the day. Af should have been due Feb 28th which means tender b___sts Feb 21. But tender b___sts started on Feb 27 and on Feb 28 I started getting brownish/pinkish discharge with some tissue in it (Almost like old blood) every time I wipe. There is never any flow or anything on my underwear. This is still continuing to the day (4 days). I have had slight cramping which is usually way more intense during AF. Also my abdomen has looked swollen sort of inline where your pelvic bones are. I have done 3 tests and they were all negative (most recent was this morning). Do I give up for this month or is there still a chance?

Hi Ladies. I am new to the site but i really need to ask you all this question... I had my last period on the 2nd of February 2012 and it lasted for 8 days. Im normally very regular 28 day cycle but the month before that, i missed my period completely but it eventually came on the 2nd of feb. So according to my cycle, I was suppoed to have my period on the 29th of feb but i am 6 days late! My hubby n i had s_x twice when i ovulated (i know for sure i did because wen i do i get really u knw ;) lol TMI sorry!). So when i was supposed to get my period, i Had dark red blood appear 1st so i thought ok i have my period im not pregnant BUT it only lasted a few hours! Then i had brown spotting (not enough to cover an entire panty liner let alone a pad) and now im having pink shiny discharge (which i think is spotting). All in all i have been having this for the past 6 days and I feel like: 1. bloated 2. craving for chocolate 3. b___bs are definately bigger and tingly 4. itchy nipples 5. mild cramping Ive done like 4 tests now and they are all negative! i dont know ladies, what do you think????

Hi ttc for 8 months now, and this month i was late 2 days, well i have irregular periods so i thought i was just going to miss my af, but then i noticed some pink watery blood and then latter that day it got a little darker with a tent of brown sorry tmi lol so i used a tampon but didnt even need to change it because flow wasnt heavy and it looked the same so i started using panty liners on my sec day it stoped completly so i thought i was just haveing a weird period, but then the next day i had a pink light discharge when i wiped, this lasted of and on 4 3 more days, could this be implantation bleeding, i took a test and a faint line came up but went away after ten min, so i took another one the next morning and it was negative, but i was still spotting so im waiting a week and taking another one, let me know what you think, p.s im so happy i found this site, everwere else i look women say it only last 1-2 days and you barely no you have it. i dont believe thats always the case :-)

hi after the implantation bleeding started how long after did you see a positive result? And if hi is no longer on the board, someone else please answer me :) ty

Hi ca__s23. I dont know long after because im still getting negative results! I have a son of 2 years already and with him i got the same symptoms im having now but i did a test like 1 week after i missed my period and it was very dark positive! so i dont know whats going on ive got a GP appointment tomorrow and im not stressing about it now. Its either I am or im not pregnant either way im still okay with it. I am ttc but the natural way. Im more worried that i might have either a fertility problem or something's wrong with my womb so thats why i need to get that checked out. will keep everyone posted! lots of love and baby dust to all!! xx

Hello Ladies, just looking for some advice, I will apologise in advance for the good chance of tmi lol. I have a rather weird story. I only started getting a cycle again in June 2011 after being off depo provera for a year (I was on it for 8+years). It was erratic for a few months, then balanced out around September 2011 on a 21 day cycle. Last month, it came 9days late for me, arriving on Feb.17instead of 6, in had done a test, negative. It eventually came and it was a normal period, lasting 5days. My husband and I had unprotected s_x on Feb. 26/27 , when I might have been ovulating (we aren't really sure because of the depo, and we have never used ovulation kits, I just use a period tracker on my iPad lol) Then on Sunday, March4, I had a dark drain in my knickers, which took my by surprise cos my period was due either in a week (if 21 day cycle) or 10days (if it decided to go to a 28-30day cycle again) sorry if I'm confusing u. Anyways, didn't think much of it, used a liner, no biggie. Was dark, water, looked like old blood, not enough for a pad. It was gone on Monday morning, used a liner just incase...then mid morning, there was some more, still dark, but mostly water. Then yesterday, (this is the tmi bit.) I went to the toilet wt work, and it was more of a dark mucus, with a "brown jelly bit" in it, it was so gross, but again, mostly just on the toilet paper.....that was really it after that, a wee disolouration on the paper when I wiped for the rest of Tuesday,and nothing at all today. I took a pregnancy test yesterday, it was negative, but i still don't know what this is. I never spot before a period, and I usually have tell tale signs my period is coming, I had no signs of that for this "brown stuff" , my b___bs are getting quite tender, I'm having mild cramping, but my period cramps are usually stabbing pains so this is different too....I feel a bit sick, but that could just be because I'm thinking about it a lot .....if anyone can offer advice, I'd appreciate it....hopefully it's not too confusing

Oh, and I'm a bit emotional, I find myself quite weepy and prone to teary moments lol it's all a bit bizarre

Sounds like it could possibly be impantation bleeding, but i think you tested way to soon, wait a week to be sure, Your hcg levels will rise every couple of hours so iv heard, good luck, baby dust. As for me, im in denial about these blue dye test giving false positives and its scarry to think after geting to light blue positive lines on 2 blue dye test that i might just get a bfn on the pink dye First Responce, havent takin it yet, ughh this is so fustrating and sad. Hope its a bfp :-) if not guess ill try again.

Ca__s23 - Good luck with your test, I honestly don't know what test to go with, I will defo just wait til next week and wait and see.....it's just a bit stressful waiting, we are hoping to immigrate soon lol so the sooner I know, the better! I'm sure u will get a bfp! Fingers crossed and baby dust xx

I feel pregnant but i think im testing to early i need some answers, had what i thought was my period on the 29 of feb to 3rd it was spotty light and pink, i think it was implantation bleeding, When can i test do i have to wait till i miss my period this month, if this was the case!!

I would just hold on and wait until ur period is due....even then, if it really bugging u, maybe ask the doctors to do a blood test ....the waiting is hard, but u won't get a proper answer til at least ur period is due...good luck

so i started my period feb. 18 and was due to ovulate march 3rd. i had unprotected s_x on march 2nd. march 6-7 i had some bright red blood when i checked my cervix (not enough to bleed on my undies) but it only happened in the morning on both days and on both days in the afternoon it stopped. then march 8th it stopped and on march 9th i had very light pink/light red stretchy cm when i checked my cervix (barely any). I have until the 17th of march until i start my period. i haven't taken a test. i've had some faintcramping on my left side where my uterus is. my cervix is high a firm and feels closed. sometimes it will be real high and shift to where i can't feel the opening. sorry this is long. i need answers!!! my cm is creamy and white and sometimes when i check my cervix some stretchy cm will appear on my finger.???

i did a test this morning and I am so NOT pregnant. I am getting all the symptoms and whats more is i feel teary all the time and i feel quesy for no aparant reason. everyone at work thinks im pregnant and its driving me nuts!! Doctor said until i get my next period they cant do anything as they need to do blood tests to check my hormone levels to check whether i have PCOS BUT i dont because it doesnt run in my family. She also said that she is going to send me for an ultrasound irregardless of my periods coming or not SO thats a good sign. She think i might be or i might have PCOS! its so frustrating!!! hubby said its mind playing tricks on me because i want to get pregnant....ughhhh GOD if you are reading this...please give me a sign either AF or BFP!!!! PLEASEEEEE

Hey, I am new to this board but I found this post in a google search and I have some questions. First - I already have an appointment with my ObGyn in two weeks for my annual exam, so I plan on speaking to him then. HOWEVER, I'm experiencing some weird issues and would like to get some opinions beforehand because I'm concerned. I just went off the pill about 5 months ago. My husband and I have been using a diaphragm for contraception since then. My period has been pretty irregular (39 days, 33 days, 30 days, and now 40 days) but it was irregular before I started taking the pill as well. On about day 32 of my current cycle I started experiencing a lot of PMS symptoms and I was SURE I was going to get my period within a day or two, so my husband and I had unprotected s_x (the diaphragm has been irritating me so I wanted to have s_x without it and thought it would be a good time). Well a week pa__sed and I still didn't get my period. Today I am on day 40 of my cycle and I just had some bleeding this morning, but it is much lighter than my period usually is. I put in a tampon and it barely got used (I usually go through them every hour or so on my first 2 days of menstruation and I checked and there isn't a lot of blood up there.) Is it possible that I was ovulating when my husband and I had s_x and this is implantation bleeding? I have been having some pelvic/lower back discomfort (I don't know if I'd call it 'pain') over the past week... My main reason for wanting to know is that if there is any chance I'm pregnant, I want to know what I should and shouldn't be doing. I was going to discuss it with my ObGyn anyway because we were going to start TTC next month. However, I'd really like to be going to the gym, drinking coffee, etc....but I'm nervous. I know this sounds really paranoid but I just want to know other opinions. I took a few pregnancy tests a few days ago but it was obviously to early to tell either way. Any thoughts? Can I take another pregnancy test now since I've begun to bleed a little?

Well, AF showed up early this evening, on day 25 so I'm defo not pregnant.......its ok tho, I'm positive it will happen soon xx well, nearly positive lol baby dust to everyone else out there xx
