hi girls ! how is everyone doing ? rosenow, i think i'm with you now b/c i was feeling a bit sick last week and tired too, but now i feel great ???? i do have an ultrasound tomorrow to be sure baby is growing at the right pace, but now i'm worried. why would i suddenly be feeling fine now. after tomorrow and a__suming i get good news, i won't complain about feeling good, but till then, i'll worry like crazy. daniibabii2010, how are things with you ? sometimes people get what seems like a light period around the time they should get their period, even though they are prego. are you still spotting ? i hope everything is ok !

Hi girls! Well I have a full on cold! not fair! Otherwise I am 7 weeks tomorrow and feel great! No morning sickness. I have HUGE veins growing on my HUGE bb's which is normal for this time and they are very sore. I can't wait till next week when I get to hear the babies heart beat. I have been off work sinse thursday so that I could kick this cold but it is just hammering me. this is such an exciting time. I am starting to get more and more confident as the pregnancy moves forward though I just know I will feel so much better once I hear that little ticker! Take care everyone!

oh good, you only have one more week to wait ! sorry about the cold though. that really stinks. i only wish i had some big bbs ! mine are so tiny. even with my daughter i stayed in my pre-pregnancy bras during pregnancy and even through b___st feeding. i was so excited for once in my life to have a chest, and i still get nothing ! and of course i read that the second child they will grow even less b/c you're body knows what it needs and when to produce the milk, etc. so enjoy them !!!!!! hope you feel better soon !

thanks kearly! September moms are pretty quiet so far. I can't stop asking questions and checking every little thing on google. Today I learned that when you are pregnant your immunity goes down so that you will not reject the baby and that is most likely why I have this rotten cold. I hope that I have enough immunity to fight it off relatively fast. Are you going to find out what you are having or leave it as a surprise?

hsuz: How was your appointment today? you ahve to tell us all about it!

Mandersmm - January 19

hi everyone. I just wanted to see how everyone's feeling. I'm still feeling pretty lousy. rosenow: sorry to hear that you have a cold. My kids just got over a cold. I'm just happy I didn't get it.

rosenow - January 19

Hey Mandersmom: Thanks! Yeah I went back to work today and I think I just need to spend one more day at home recouping. I have very bad sinus congestion and I can't talk. I am a teacher so that makes life pretty difficult. Anyway it's the end of the day for me and I will heading home soon so I have that to look forward to! Some sleep! Maybe a "luke warm" bath!

rosenow: That sounds like a good night you have planned :) I don't know if you answered this before but what grade do you teach?

Just wondering if any ladies who are on a second or third pregnancy are experiencing worse symptoms than their first like cramping. I am cramping earlier and more often than I did with my first ( three years ago ) and just wondering if normal? I thought that since I had done this before my uterus wouldn't be so crampy. I'm just 4 weeks but new a week ago I was pregnant when I had nausea in waves ( like my first ) and just felt off. My due date would be Sept 29th ( day after DS third birthday ) I am excited but scared though. I found that after telling one person beside my husband I felt better and less scared about something bad happening...weird....

Hi first-timer. This is my third pregnancy and I felt a lot crampier earlier with this one and my second pregnancy. I feel like I'm in the same boat as you - I am excited but I didn't want to tell a lot of people yet because I'm still nervous. I wound up telling my mom, my husband's mom, and my best friend because I know that if something did happen, they would be there to support me.

Mandersmom: I teach grade 7-8 Immersion. They are wonderful!

Mandersmm - I told someone I was close to with at my work that I was pregnant just because if something does happen she can help me out at that end because I ( like Rosenow ) am a teacher in Ontario and so it is not a job you can up and leave for a week with no planning. I am glad that you too are experiencing symptoms earlier as well sort of makes me feel relieved that I am not crazy and normal.

how are you guys feeling? i've been great. sick as c___p, but it kinda makes me feel good, cause it lets me know my pregnancy is going normally. im 6 weeks now! still have three weeks till i get to go to the dr. and get all checked out. i can hardley waittt. i stopped spotting the 4th day, and i havent for a few days now, so im relieved about that. i always have bad anxiety about every little thing, so im really worried about miscarring, but hopefully everything will go okay. i hope all you guys are doing okay! who's been to the doctor? i wanna hear doctor stories. :)

first-timer: welcome! where about in ontario do you work? I am with the renfrew county dsb. it's only my second year thoughbut I just love it! This is my first pregnancy. Hubby and I tried foor a very long time. dani: hey there. I am stil fighting this nasty cold! I and taking yet another day off work. I took Friday, Monday and now Wed. I feel so sick! It's just a cold but it sure has hit me like a ton of bricks. I know hoe you feel about the anxiety. I am not normally like that at all but when I first found out that I was pregnant I was full of dought and scared. I am a Christian so I turned to God and put my faith in his plan. I am 7 weeks today and everything is going well. I have my first sono next week and it could not come any sooner! Kearly: you feeling any better? let us know how your doing!

Hi everyone My name is Adrienne and I was in the August babies but just founnd out that my due date is actually september 3rd and I am really excited. this will be my second child and we can't wait, but I any way I just wanted to say hello!

kearly - January 20

hi girls ! adrienne, welcome ! dani, that's great news ! glad to hear the spotting has ended. first timer i also had worse cramping this time than the first time. it has subsided now but in the beginning few weeks it was much worse than before. i've told a lot of people so far actually. i kept waiting for my appts. to pa__s where i'd pa__s another milestone before i'd tell more people. today, my appt. went great. the ultrasound showed that the baby was growing 1 mm/day and is now 11.5 mm. so my chance of miscarriage is less than 1% now. so i'm thinking i can relax now. just celebrated with some thai food ! i just had it for the 1st time over the weekend and am now hooked. anyone having craving ?think i might also buy a maternity dress from old navy today. i really like it and know it will be gone when i actually need it. we're gonna be big in the summer ladies ! we have no air conditioning in our house either. my 1st was born in december so lots of layering, but now all my maternity stuff is heavy sweaters, bulky jeans, etc. that i know i won't want to wear in the summer. at least summer clothes are cheaper. a few of my friends said they were in their maternity clothes by weeks 12 or 13 on their second baby. i can't imagine that soon ! in a few weeks we will have all been to the docs and can finally stop torturing ourselves with worry !
