I was curious about menstration and pregnancy. Can you get pregnant anytime during your period? Is it before your period that you are most fertile or right after, I'm confused about this, I would really appreciate your answer.

Amber,
Yes, you can get pregnant at any time, however most unlikely unless you are ovulating. In most women that have a normal cycle, usually every 28 days, ovulation occurs the 12th to the 14th day from the day you started your menstural cycle. For Example: If you start your period on the first then you will most likely be ovulating on the 12th, 13, and 14th. Some women only ovulate on one of these days, others will ovualate all three days. So if you are counting days, you are most fertile before and after since your 12th through the 14th day are right in the middle. But for women who are not normal, their cycle does not let us determine this by days, only by taking their tempurature, or an ovulation test. I hope this helps.
