Can I Still Be Pregnant With Negative HOT?

Hi ladies.
My last start date of AF was September 30. I have a strict 28 day cycle. I usually have painful sensitive breasts and nipples and fatigue 1 week before AF. However, last month I have not experienced the sore sensitive breast only the fatigue. AF was due on October 28. AF is usually always on time or maybe one day before never late. I have been experiencing mild cramps and getting a wet sensation as if AF is here but on checking there is absolutely no blood. I am not taking nor have ever been on BC. This is unusual for me so I took 2 HPT (Oct 31 and Nov 1) but they both were negative. Today is day 5 of being late and still nothing. Am I testing too early or is this a more serious issue?

The fatigue and discharge are common in pregnancy, but usually there are other signs reported. Run another test a week after the last to see if the story changes.
