I had sex without taking pills but after then i have seen my period now im feeling pains on my nipple and i pressed it milk like stuff is coming out of my breast could i be pregnant?

A normal period is a pretty good indication you are not pregnant. Run a home pregnancy test to prove it. You don’t have much of a list of early pregnancy signs.
