Missed Periods: 23rd Days

Hi Doctor,
I would like to say that this is for the first time my periods got delayed for 23 days. Generally every month it gets delayed by 4-5 days but not 23 or more days. My periods are always regular, but this delay is making me worried. I did pregnancy test too one time but the result was negative. Yesterday, i thought i got periods as it was slight blood which came while i pass the urine, but then in night there was no blood. I have a minor cyst in my outer uterus 01 Part for which i showed the doctor and took medicine for 3 Months (ovrall) after that course got over, my periods were regular. This is for the first time, when my periods are delayed so much. Please advice the reason for delay? I have heard that post marriage hormones changes, but this is for the first time i am facing this issue. Got married last year and completed 01 year on 27th Nov 2017.
