Scanty Periods After Polyp Removal

Hi all,
I have been married for more than 2 years, n my periods were irregular and had mid cycle spotting and when diagonosed i had hypothroidism. So started taking thyronorm which made my thyroid normal but still the mid cycle bleeding was still present. Then when done vaginal scan, i had multiple problems such as PCOS, fibroid and one polyp in the uterus cavity. I got the polyp removed which was bothering more for pregancy. So now the mid cycle bleeding is gone. my periods areregular but my every alternate periods are scanty but long. So i am worried whether i ovulate or not. My AMH is 5.2 and my age is 29. My weight is 55kg and my height is 5' 4" Please help.
