Ok I wouldn't know what date I had s_x in July because we were not trying to get pregnant so that's why I can't tell you you said you a__sume around the 24th maybe maybe no I don't know I had s_x more than once in July the date of my expected period was the 9th and it came Saturday which was the 9th stopped Sunday I normally bleed 3 days Monday was the 3rd day and there was still no blood Tuesday light pink spotting

So you had some s_x in July, maybe without good protection. There were some sore nipples, an unusually short period, weird cramps and lower back pain. Maybe there was more frequent peeing. How about unusual fatigue, lotion discharge, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, ga__sy, veins showing more on b___sts or flanks, vivid dreams, hot flashes, appet_te changes, different sense of smell? I don't think you can rely on a single test. Run another next weekend using first morning pee. GL!

Yes nipples were sore 2 weeks before and me and husband don't use protection at all and after the unusual period I was bloated and ga__sy, and still is a little ga__sy

It's a week since you ran the last test. Try another any morning now. If you are having regular unprotected s_x it should not take more than a few months to get pregnant. If it takes more than a year you should try a fertility specialist. GL!

By now the chances of pregnancy are pretty slim. You could wait to see if your next period shows up normal. If it does not you will have to get checked by a doc to see if you have a cyst or something else acting up.

good day Grandpa Viv i am also new to this forum, but i also have the same predicament like the other ladies. my last period was on the 14th of July 2014, I usually have my period on the 8th of each month, come 8th of august my period didn't come till the 14th of which then it was very light i wore the same panty-liner the whole day, and on the 15th the flow was slightly heavy with blood clots but still i wore the same pad the whole day it wasn't that heavy as mu usual period, and on saturday the flow was getting less by sunday i had stopped, till today it stopped i usually never do this ever since i started going for my periods i usually go for 5-6days with period pains, but this time it was like as if i wasn't even bleeding i would then see that iam bleeding when i visit the toilet. there were no pain i wasn't feeling anything at all, but a few before i might just say a week or 2 i had been spotting lightly pink brownish blood but lightly though, and was having morning sickeness. now after the pain i am having lower back pain and feeling very hot at times and at times a running stomach dizzy today and a slight headache. i did do home pregnancy tests after work but i am getting negatives. i am concerned please a__sist. i have been married for the past year never used any contraceptive. could it be that i am pregnant. i have now a change in my appet_te. please help.

Hi Shamiso. You have enough signs that a negative test or two should not be taken as gospel. Take another couple of tests at one week intervals using first morning pee. If you still can't get a positive it will be time to visit a fertility doctor to figure out what caused your signs and is also stopping you from getting pregnant. GL!

A light period can mean pregnancy. Did you have sexual exposure a couple of weeks before your period was due? Do you have any other ealry pregnancy signs? Take a test using first morning pee. GL!
