Feels Like My Pregnant Fiancee Is Going To Break Up With Me

My fiancée is 11 weeks pregnant with our second child. Around 8 weeks she started wanting space, which I can understand, and I am giving her space. I know her hormones are going crazy right now. What brought me to post this is that she doesn't express her love towards me anymore. The other day I asked her if she could just text me an emoji of a heart from time to time to re assure me that she still loves me. She said that she would only be doing because I want her to. For Valentine's Day I went all out for her. I didn't get one hint of love from her. It feels like I'm just our sons father and a roommate. I told her it feels like you don't love me and you want to break up with me. She said I understand. I feel like this is eating me away and she doesn't care. I'm afraid this won't get better. I guess I'm looking for the assurance here. This didn't happen with our first pregnancy.

Im in the exact same position bro, except she told me she wanted a break. I dont know if it hormones or what but this is completely different than our first kid as well.
