Hormone Problems Or At Least Suspected

Hi,
My fiance is now around 20 weeks pregnant. After meeting each other we pretty quickly found out we are pregnant. However in the first trimester we went through h__l due to a number of reason and things seems to have stabilized quite a bit now. However for the past 2 or 3 days she has been different again, and today she started one h__l of a fight over absolute bullshit.
Could this still be hormones even in the second trimester?
