My daughter is also named Kaylee (spelled differently) and she too was 6 weeks premi. She is now three months old. You said your daughter was 5 months old so youve already done things Im just starting. I was wondering when was your daughter "big" enough to use things such as the jolly jumper or stationary playstation things. I tried to put Kaylee in a jumper with blankets around her and she liked it for a couple minutes but she really is to small for everything. She just made 10 pounds but is very pet_te, Last I knew she was 21 inches. She likes to be moving and standing up but my arms get tired from letting her "stand" or jump.

Well she is 6 months now and is still 'behind'. what i was always told was to think of her in her 'corrected age' which would be subtracting the weeks that she was early (so cay is 4.5 months corrected) ... she still is not sitting so i have not gotten a jolly jumper yet or an exersaucer (but exersaucer is coming soon) you just have to take it as it comes and not base the general age on her development.... are you b___stfeeding? because until i started cay on formula (@ 4 months) she wasnt really thriving either... now she is a b___ter ball!! here is a site with some pics... http://spaces.msn.com/members/cayleighgrace2/ do you have any??

I was trying to berastfeed but due to her being in the nicu for so long and so far away ity was hard so when she came home I switched to formula which she does great on. She holds her head up wonderfully and will turn and look at things and will straighten her back and sit like a stiff board if you hold her by her hips or stand too like that. I just wish I could put her in a play thing to keep ehr busy instead of me being the constantsourse of her play lol

Im not sure if I have any pics on the computer and if I do I currently dont have any site to put them on and I dont like using free sites like webshots cuz I dopnt want people taking her picture. Does that make sense? I could e-mail teh pics though.
