My baby is 3.5 months old and drinks about 30 oz a day almost of formula. We are spending about $100 a month on just formula. Since my baby drinks Enfamil, I have already signed up in their free program and have probably gotten all the free samples and coupons that they will give me and we do not qualify for WIC. Does anybody have any other suggestions so I can cut down my cost in formula? I wasn't able to br___t feed. Thanks!

Maybe try a different brand. A cheaper brand. Also, have your friends and family sign up for the free samples and give them to you!!!

Also ... another idea .... I'm sure with the cost you've already figured out where the cheapest place to buy it is, but remember some stores do price comparisons. So if you find it at Walmart for $15 and Meijers has it for $10 a can ..... take your Meijers flyer to Walmart and they'll usually beat it by $1 or so.

Look on Ebay. We bought some of the premade bottles on there and they were much cheaper than enfamils website. Just make sure the formula isnt expired and that it hasnt been opened.

I used walmart's generic formula. If you read the cla__sifieds in your local paper sometimes you'll see someone selling formula. Also I have seen it for sale at kids resale shops. Just check the dates and pop the lid to make sure the metal seal is still there if you buy it anywhere other than a store.

Have you tried EBAY.com? I am sure you can find a huge lot at a good price.

I'm afraid to use Ebay for that. I heard that sometimes the formula can be tampered with. Do you know anything about that?

DON'T BUY FORMULA ON EBAY. All to save a few bucks?? Come on!! Isn't your baby's health and well being more important than saving $25 a month? You have NO guarantees when buying on eBay. Your child get's sick - too bad.
