My very-much-older-than-I sister in law is pregnant and due next month. She will be coming at the end of this month and i will go back and stay with her and my brother. I'm only a teen, but i want to help her in the little things in the time before labor. She also has a 20 month old boy already around to run after. My brother helps often but he also has to work. My brother's mother is also staying to help and take care of him but she still worries about him all the time! When i'm staying with them... what can i do to help her relax and not worry about him all the time.

When my step mom was pregnant, her back hurt a lot, so I always offered to give her back ma__sages and foot rubs, which she really liked. I also painted her toenails, which she couldn't do at the time, and was a fun sort of escape for her. (I was 15 or so at the time). Now I'm pregnant, 4 years later, and she's giving me tips!

if you want to help you sister in law take her son to the park or out in the yard or play with him so she doesn't have to worrie about running after him. you can help her with dinner cleaning up or just give her a back rub or u or ur bro make her breakfast n bed and one of you watch the lil boy while shes eating! that would be sweet well atleast i think
