Ok, I know this has nothing to do with babies, but y'all are my friends so I thought I'd ask you...I have a swarm of mosquitoes in my apartment. We have a bathroom that stays the same temp as outside, and there seem to be more mosquitoes there than anywhere else, but I can't find any holes in the walls they could be coming from. I have been running around swatting everything in the darn house today, but I've only squished one of about 30 mosquitoes. My husband is talking about giving me a bug zapper for Christmas. I have at least 50 bites on my ankles and feet. I don't know how to get rid of the mosquitoes, I always thought they were an outdoors problem.

Where do you live? You could get a bug bomb and set it off but you'd have to leave for the day. You say they're in the bathroom? Do you have a spot in your bathroom that is damp or where water collects? They can lay eggs in anything moist. I hate the d__n things too but it's frozen here :)

The mosquitoes are probably coming from your drains, maybe you could stop them up? They are also NOT attracted to light, so a bug zapper will not do anything. During the summer, they're pretty bad here, but we just used the fly swatter. You need to get them where they live, and I'm certain they are coming from your drains. Also, maybe you could pour some draino or some sort of poison down the drains to kill them.
