. . .because we are invited to a holiday party where we can bring Ben and I don't want to go. Would it be bad if I called my friend and told her we won'tbe ale to make it? Between you guys and me, I just don't feel like going. I'd rather stay at home, maybe out up yhe Christmas tree. Am I being a fuddy duddy? Should we go tonight? God, I have like nothing to wear either- eek!

Christy, having a new baby at home is one of the greatest excuses to skip a party! I say if you don't want to go, don't!

I've been able to use my crabby baby to get out of all sorts of things I didn't want to go to. I prefer staying home with him these days as well. Do what makes you feel happiest!

Because when I see a teenager I call them honey or sweetie. Going out "to party" sounds like work to me. I call some new music noise and I say, Back in my day..... I rather put on a big winter hat than "catch a head cold." And my #1 reason why I feel old *drumroll please*....I no longer think of s_x as a FOUR letter word!! HA HA!
