I'm a__suming you mean the non alchoholic kind? I would guess that a little wouldn't hurt, but there is that whole debate on runny eggs and soft cheeses.... I'm not sure but I'd like to know also, my sil is 8 weeks pregnant!

I would not recommend it.I would be too afraid of salmonella and different bacteria that you find in certain foods.I remember I always boiled my eggs hard, and just like the soft cheeses like brie and camambert is a no no in pregnancy.

what if the eggnog is pasturized?

The eggnog from the store is pasteurized, so it's okay. For all of you who aren't pregnant, you should try the southern comfort eggnog the grocery store sells (you do have to buy the southern comfort and add it). It tastes like cake.

You can drink it, as long as it's pasturized and not homemade. I've been drinking it the past couple days...my one year old helps me haha.
