LOL-your funny stories are hilarious! I don't really have a great one-my labor pretty much sucked, and I was so out of it by the time I was pushing (between crying from pain becuase the epidural wore off and anesthesiologist was in with a c-section as well as my ob!) Anyways, since it was the first grandchild-inlaws drove three hours as soon as I was admitted to the hospital. My FIL left after work, so he didn't get to the hospital until around midnight. My water still hadn't broken, and they wouldn't break it since fluid was so low, so I had to wait for it to break on its own. Well, my FIL walked in, told my daughter that it was time to come out now that grandpa was here, and immediately my water broke! I guess she really was waiting-although she still didn't come for almost nine hours!

I had a c-section and the spinal was making my b___sts itch terribly. My hands were strapped down, so I couldn't scratch. I asked my husband to scratch me, but he said he couldn't because everyone would think he was some kind of pervert who couldn't stop groping his wife even when she was having surgery. So I got the anesthesiologist to scratch the girls for me.

Narcissus;that is exactly what happened to me too, epidural went up instead of down,Jesse and me were in distress and had to have a cv-section.Only thing,my DH didn't want to be in the surgery room....I had to ask one of the doctors to hold my hand....I was sooooo scared!!! I am still p__sed he let me go through that by myself!!!

I forgot to mention my father and grandmother were at the hospital with me when I was having serious contractions and helped themselve to taking many pictures of me in the middle of contractions. Yeah, I looked wonderful, I didn't know I was bring the paperazzi with me to the hospital. When everyone says you forget the pain I can tell them I have the pictures to remind me.
