Hi! My baby boy just turned 6 weeks today! I was wondering when your baby first smiled? My baby always smiles in his sleep,but I haven't seen a real smile yet. :O) :O):O)

My little guy first smiled (in his sleep) when he was 3 days old. I think he first smiled in response to us at ~ 1 month old. He was smiling in his sleep from start, though. Every baby is different and there is not a specified time that your baby needs to smile, so do not worry.

My daughter Quinn was smiling by two weeks. My mother says she was smiling before that but I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself. My nephew was smiling since the day he was born. It was kinda freaky to see but he never did stop smiling.

My daughter always smiled in her sleep, but at 6 weeks she started smiling at us.
