We just got done eating haha. I always thought those whole chickens (like what you have on thanksgiving but it's a turkey) would be hard and time consuming. BUT I bought one, I think it was 3 pounds, stuffed it with box stuffing, and put it in a roast pan with two regular size cans of chicken broth, and just cooked it for two hours. It seems like a lot of work but really, you just stick it in and leave it there. After about two 1/2 hours, you check it with a meat thermometer and it's done once it gets to 180 degrees. Then as a side, I bought box mashed potatoes and the dinner turns out pretty good!! It's just a matter of checkin on it and basting if you want every once in awhile. YUMM and hubby LOVES it too. It's the only dinner that he offers to wash the dishes after...no just kidding, but it's still really good haha!!!

I'm cooking cubed steak, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, and a baby spinach salad. I am SO happy tomorrow is payday! I need to go out and get some holiday food.

I made waffles and scrambled eggs with ham and cheese for dinner tonight...this was one of the days that my husband has to sleep during the day, so that way he had breakfast when he got up. Tomorrow I'm making stuffed shells.
