3rd Trimester Neonatal Death Vs Labor

Hi
I'm a bit concerned. 10 Feb I found out my baby boy had no heart beat ( I was 35 weeks pregnant).
My gynae has been trying to induce me every sunday. I'm in the 3rd week since this happened, and I haven't gone into labour.
Surely this isn't normal???
