Confused And Thought She D Be Born Already

I'm 36 weeks/2days...about 4cm & 60% effaced. I've "dropped" in the past two days and noticed the babies movement has slowed down drastically since yesterday morning, but not completely. I've been nauseaus on and off all day today, and extremely tired since yesterday. Does anyone have any insight?
