True Labor Or Braxton Hicks

I am 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have been having contractions for about 5 hours. I have started timing them, they are about 4.5 mins apart, lasting about 30-40 secs. I feel my tummy getting tight and sharp pain (not super painful, more just uncomfortable) in my lower abdomen. Could this be true labor or just braxton hicks. I've read a few people that don't have a ton of pain at the beginning labor, so now I'm just not sure. This is my 2nd baby. I was induced with my first 2 weeks early and the broke my water and gave me the epidural right away, so I never really felt the beginning of labor.
