i am 40 weeks pregnant (due date 23/11/04)
i am getting low back pain and my belly feels really hard and getting alot of groin pain .
thanks to any replys.

i was 40weeks and 3 days when i was know i was in labor is when my waters broke

my labour started with lower back pain. uhmm you will know when you are in full labour and it is time to go to the hospital because either your water will break or you will be having contractions that are painful in most cases, and you will be able to time then. You should go when you are anywhere from 10-5 mins apart.
