i woke up at 5 a.m. this morning by a gush of water coming out and i did not know if my water broke or if for some reason i wet myself. today i am just having the constant discharge i am 33 weeks pregnant was this my water breaking?

sounds like it, i would for sure call your doctor. If it was you need to go in, as you can get an infection easily after your water breaks if you dont go in

thank you for answering, i did go to the hospital and it was a false alarm but my cervix is starting to thin the doctor said.

It surely sounds like your water broke. As soon as something like this happens you need to talk to your doctor or go to Labor and Delivery at the hospital to be checked. It isn't safe to walk around with leaking fluid.
