hi..today i am 39th week...my dr.told me i am 50% effaced and no dilation yet..last week's apt.also she told me the same thing...withiin 1 week there is no differerence...can anyone experiencing the same like me?..i am little bit worried.....

it's perfectly normal. during my second pregnancy i was 50% effaced and 2 cm dilated for over a month. there was no change untill the day my daughter was born.
