I'm 39 weeks pregnant and had braxton hicks since I was 24 weeks. 2 days ago I went into hospital for some monitoring and my uterus had started showing signs of activity. Now 2 days later, I am experiencing constant strong mentrual like cramps in my front and lower back which will not fade with warm baths or paracetamol. I haven't had a show, am I in labour???

Sounds like either labor or false labor..just keep a close eye on it and make sure your timing them...good luck
