i am going through a miscarriage on my 2nd pregancy i was 9 weeks but scan showed i was 7 & a half weeks & baby had no heartbeat....iv decided to take the safest option & let nature take its course.....are miscarriage pains the same as labour?????????? and also will i see the baby when it passes???????????? PLEASE SOMEBODY LET ME KNOW I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!! thanks
