i heard that becoz of epidural dilations may get slow...is it true or false????

it really depends on your own body and how ready baby is. sometimes slowing dilation can be a good thing. i had a long labor with my first and the epidural was great. i actually SLEPT untill the doctor woke me and said it was time to push. my second baby was natural, and she came fast and hard. it hurt like hell but it was all over very quickly.

I wrote somewhere else about this. For me my epidural helped me relax so after I got one the baby came very quickly.
