When is it considered "safe" to go into labor? I know my doc said they won't stop a labor after 37 weeks, but how early does that safety window really go? I'm currently 36 1/2 weeks and just curious.

Supposed to be considered full term at 37-38 weeks....but the baby's lungs still may not be fully developed

if born now your baby will most likely be fine. full term is concidered 37 weeks.
