Does anyone have any secrets or ideas for how to trigger labour? I am 3 days overdue and I want to have my baby!!!

If your body is ready s_x and walking are good. My Dr. said that this will not work unless your body has began to efface and dialate on its own already.

Castor oil and then a warm bath and nipple stimulation. Tell your Dr. before trying any or all of these. Eating fresh pineapple - probably coincidence, but yummy.
