7 Weeks And NOTHING On Ultrasound

I am so terribly depressed. I have 4 positive HPTs. I have plenty of symptoms, nausea, exhaustion, sore and swollen br___ts, frequent urination, you name it, I've got it. But when I went for an ultrasound yesterday, my uterus is completely empty. There was no fetal sac or anything. Is it possible that I'm just not as far along as I had thought or is that just wishful thinking and this pregnancy is most likely over? My doctor is having me come back tomorrow for a second blood test (to compare hormone levels) and another ultrasound but I am just so crushed.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I know this may not help you but when I went for sono at 5wks there was just a little sac could hardly see it....went back in 3 wks and baby had grown to size of peanut with little arm/leg buds so maybe your not as far as you thought just go back and see what happens good luck to you hon...i really wish you the best
