Are These Symptoms Normal

I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. Today I fell while holding my son in my arms which caused me to fall a little harder. Now tonight i'm having cramps in my lower right side (not extreme, but a little sharp at times.) Just now i had a couple small streaks of blood. Is this anything normal??
