i am about 6 weeks pregnant according to my doctor and i started spotting so she had me get an ultrasound. in the ultra sound there is a baby with a heart beat and there is another sac with no baby that they said might have been a twin that didn't survive. thet also said that i have something called a bleed. is this normal or has anyone else had this complication and had a positive outcome from it?? any info would be great
