Complete Placenta Previa At 12 Weeks

I went in for an ultrasound this morning because I got pregnant while using the Mirena IUD, they wanted to see if it was still there or if it had fallen out, it did fall out. But now they told me that I have complete placenta previa. I am 12 weeks along. They said it may move as my uterus grows. Has this ever happened to anyone and has it moved to where it should be? I am so nervious now, Because with my other 3 children I always started dialating around 34-36 weeks, and now with placenta previa the Doc. said the first sign of dialation would need a emergency c-section. I wouldn't want a premature baby. Also am scared about having a c-section......
