My wife is 7 weeks pregnant going by all tests but 3 ultrasounds both internal and external have been unable to find the foetus or sac. She has a hcg count of 11,800. She had an laparscopy as the Dr thought the baby was in her fallopian tubes but it wasn't. We dont know what is going on ??

Wow, maybe she is one of those rare women who have a tilted uterus. I would also get a second opinion. The baby could just be hiding. I didn't have my first ultrasound until the 20th week of pregnancy. I have been pregnant twice. Take care

I don't want to scare you, but I was suppose to be 12 weeks along, I had an external and internal ultra sound the sac was empty. I had found out that I had miscarried at 7 weeks. I hope that isn't the case for you. I also had bleeding which made me know that there was something wrong.
