I am 4 wks pregnant and the day before I found out I was going to have a lil one. I tanned in a tanning bed. I am freaking out. Does this effect my baby? Any thoughts..

I tanned throughout both of my entire pregnancies. Just don't get too hot. That wouldnt be good for you. Limit your time to about 10 minutes. You should be fine. And baby too.
