HCG Dropped But Stronge Heartbeat

Well this is so confusing to me. About 2 weeks ago I had my HCG done and the 2nd test showed my levels drop about 1,000. So last week they set me up fpr an ultrasound today. I went in expecting a non viable pregnancy. I ended up seeing a HB of 160. The only thing was I should be about8w3d and only measured 7w4d. Has anyone been in this situtation before? I haven't gotten to talk to the Dr. yet????
